I make complex technology usable by the people who have to sell it, buy it and run it.

For twenty years that meant training, configurators and sales kits. Now it also means AI systems running in production.

Since 2001 · Spanish, Hebrew, English · international delivery · defense, infrastructure, Pro AV, retail AI

The hard part of marketing moved. It is no longer producing the material. It is deciding what is worth producing, and getting an organization to use it.

How I got here.

2024
MER Group Marketing Technology Manager Tender qualification engine across three national markets, Power Platform tooling, group-wide AI enablement Make judgment repeatable and auditable.
2022
Shopic Product Marketing Manager Multilingual LMS academy built from zero; release notes written and translated for every client; four languages against a controlled glossary Make customers self-sufficient across markets.
2021
Fibernet Director of Marketing Full-scope strategy and execution for a fiber infrastructure company, planned against revenue targets Take the whole function, not a piece of it.
2016
Kramer Electronics Technical Marketing Manager Global certification curriculum, delivered face to face internationally Make a channel competent.
2007
Kramer Electronics Software Developer → Marketing Project Manager Product configurators, RIA sales tools, iOS and Android control apps Let a partner specify a system without an engineer in the room.
2001
Degem Systems Training Developer eLearning, technical animation, interactive simulations Make a technical system learnable.

The scope grew with the tools: training developer, software developer, marketing project manager, technical marketing manager, Director of Marketing, and now group level across three business domains at a publicly traded company.

Five things I get hired for.

Defense and homeland security, telecom infrastructure, data centers, Pro AV, retail AI. Long cycles, technical buyers.

AI Enablement

Systems in production. And the people trained to use them.

A nine-dimension tender qualification engine producing bid, conditional-bid and no-bid decisions, live across three national procurement landscapes, with a compliance gate that overrides the score and routing to the unit that owns the response. A fragmented group sales pipeline consolidated into one CRM-ready dataset of 1,527 deals across 460 companies. Internal tooling on Power Platform and the Claude API. And the enablement program that moved colleagues from consuming AI output to producing their own.

An early adopter, working with these tools long before they became standard practice in marketing teams. Two decades of B2B marketing sits underneath them, so the systems get pointed at commercial problems rather than technical ones.

The change is auditability. Bid decisions used to live in whoever’s judgment was in the room, and they now leave a record. The group had no single view of its pipeline before this either. It has one now.

Enablement & Training

Making people capable. Since 2001.

Channel partners, end customers, internal teams. I write the curriculum, produce the video and the instructional design in-house, then get on a plane to deliver it. Shopic Academy was founded from nothing and localized into four languages against a glossary of product terminology I defined first, so the translations stayed true to the product. Before that, a Pro AV manufacturer’s global certification curriculum, delivered face to face internationally.

Production came in-house. Video and instructional design that would otherwise have been bought from an agency were made by the people who owned the product, which is also why the curriculum could be revised at the speed the product changed.

Marketing, Whole Function

Strategy, narrative, demand, and the plumbing underneath.

I have run the whole function as Director of Marketing, and I run it at group level now across three business domains. I have carried teams both ways — direct reports and matrix, plus the agencies, studios and contractors around them. Including the parts most marketing leaders hand off: corporate narrative and deck architecture, investor relations for a publicly traded company, demand generation with agency selection in two markets, a multi-division website rebuilt with its redirect map, and HubSpot standing up underneath all of it.

One modular base presentation now serves investor, client, partner and tender audiences across all three domains. Three business lines that used to arrive in front of a customer with three different stories arrive with one.

In the Room

I run the programs, and I am the one who fronts them.

A global sales kickoff for sixty-three people, thirteen flying in from three continents, run trilingually with live interpretation off a ninety-three-task plan. Certification delivered face to face. Pre-sales support to integrators and distributors. And the show programs behind it: ISE, InfoComm, DEFEA, FIDAE, plus GITEX Dubai in December 2020, among the first Israelis openly representing Israeli technology there.

I am comfortable in front of the integrator, the distributor and the government buyer, in whichever of three languages the room is working in. In a procurement cycle measured in quarters, that is the part nobody can do on your behalf.

Pro AV

Fourteen years inside signal management, presentation and enterprise AV/IT.

Three roles at Kramer Electronics, in order: software developer, marketing project manager, technical marketing manager. I built the configurators and RIA sales tools on the global site, developed the iOS and Android control apps for IP-based management of AV installations, wrote and delivered the partner certification curriculum, and ran the ISE and InfoComm programs — with pre-sales support to integrators alongside all of it.

Integrators and distributors specified signal management and room systems on their own, because the configurator did the part that used to need an engineer on the phone.

How I work.

Curious by default, and easy to work with.

I run teams and suppliers

Direct reports and matrix teams, plus the agencies, studios, freelancers and vendors around them. Somebody has to own the plan, the brief and the money, and that is usually me.

I build it myself

Deep hands-on experience across everything that gets made: software development, graphic design, UX, interactive content, animation, video, training material. Eight years as a developer before marketing — configurators, IoT control apps published to the App Store and Google Play, Power Platform, the Claude API. This page included.

Self-taught, all of it

Developer, instructional designer, marketer, pre-sales, AI systems — each one learned by building the thing and shipping it. Give me a discipline I have not met and the answer is the same: I go and learn it.

I take the complex ones

Complex, multidisciplinary and unknown. No precedent, no template, nobody who has done it here before. An academy built from nothing. A trilingual kickoff across three continents on a ninety-three-task plan. That is the part I enjoy.

I don’t answer “no”

If it has not been done here before, the question is what it would take: which process, which tool, which person. Then I come back with the route and what it costs, rather than with a reason it cannot happen.

Three working languages

Hebrew English Spanish

Native Spanish, raised in Caracas. Working languages, not line items: a curriculum localized into four of them, a kickoff run in three at once, training delivered in person across international markets.

Latest projects.

Current work, across AI enablement, pre-sales, demand generation and internal tooling.

Claude Design, rolled out to sales and pre-sales

The sales and technical teams now produce finished branded material themselves — presentations, video, UI screens, brochures — instead of queuing for a designer. A shared design system, reusable prompt patterns and a short curriculum, built so the output arrives on brand and complete rather than as a draft somebody has to rescue.

AI enablement

Tender intelligence system

A bid, conditional-bid and no-bid engine running on Power Automate and the Claude API with a SharePoint and Teams delivery layer. It sources and scores public tenders across three national procurement landscapes and routes each one to the unit that owns it.

Pre-sales

Account-based targeting model and funnel calculator

For two markets where the addressable universe is under thirty accounts, a 50-property, 12-country channel analysis and an interactive calculator the sales lead can drive: change the assumptions, watch the number move, agree the plan in the same meeting.

Demand generation

Secure offering catalog for sales and pre-sales

An internal, secure app that puts the group’s whole offering in front of sales and pre-sales teams anywhere in the world: case studies, marketing material, business intelligence and more, in one place behind single sign-on. Alongside it, a bilingual stock management app, a trade show lead capture app, and a brand-compliant email signature generator adopted company-wide.

Internal tooling

Tell me what your organization cannot do yet.
