Giveaways can be the coolest thing at an event, or a complete waste of money. I love the creative challenge behind designing them.
From my experience, a giveaway only really works if it’s at least one of these:
Useful
Funny
Nostalgic, or
Decorative.
And on top of that, it has to feel aligned with the brand and not look cheap.
Anything that doesn’t tick at least one of those boxes (and fit the brand) is probably heading to the trash much faster than you think.
